How can I leave a review after my order?
You will automatically receive an email invitation from Globe Reviews a few days after delivery. You can also go directly to our Globe Reviews profile and leave your review there. The whole process takes less than two minutes, with no account required.
Are negative reviews censored?
No. Chic Time does not have the technical means to delete or hide a review: the platform is operated by an independent third party. We can only respond publicly to clarify a situation or propose a resolution.
What should I do if I have an issue with my order?
Before posting a review, contact our customer service at contact@chic-time.com. Our team replies within 48 working hours and handles every request: delivery follow-up, return, exchange, warranty, after-sales. We find a solution to 98% of cases without the customer needing to post a critical review.
Why do some reviews have no written comment?
Globe Reviews allows customers to leave a rating alone, without commenting. These reviews count in the average but do not include text. They generally reflect a smooth experience — the customer rated, but did not feel the need to write.
