At Chic Time, our relationship with you does not end at delivery. If, upon receipt, your order does not meet your expectations, you benefit from a clear, swift and regulated return procedure. This page details every step, deadline and right applicable to your purchase.
114-day right of withdrawal
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, with articles 216 et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations, and with the French Consumer Code for EU consumers, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the day you receive the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to state any reason and without incurring any penalty other than the return shipping costs.
The withdrawal period begins on the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the product. If multiple products are ordered together but delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item.
2Eligibility conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned product must strictly meet the following conditions:
- Product new, unworn, in perfect resale condition (a brief in-store try-on is accepted, extended wear is not).
- Complete original packaging: box, cushion, outer sleeve and all protective films.
- All accessories and documents: warranty certificate, instruction booklet, original invoice, adjustment links if provided.
- Tags, seals and protective films still in place and intact.
- Return initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt.
- Order placed directly on www.chic-time.com (items purchased through other distributors cannot be accepted).
A product returned without its complete original packaging or showing signs of wear may be refused, or refunded at a reduced value reflecting the observed depreciation, in accordance with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

A transparent, documented 4-step procedure to guarantee the traceability and refund of your return:
4Refund
The refund is issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt and inspection of the returned product, in accordance with article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.
The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer), unless the Customer expressly agrees otherwise. No fee is retained by Chic Time during the refund operation.
The refund covers the price of the returned product as well as the standard shipping costs of the initial order. Any supplement chosen by the Customer (express delivery, premium insurance) is not refunded.
Chic Time reserves the right to defer the refund until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever comes first.
5Defective or non-compliant products
A product is deemed defective or non-compliant when it presents a manufacturing defect, does not match the description on the product page, or is damaged upon receipt. In this case, the entire return is handled and paid by Chic Time.
- Report within 48 hours of receipt (with photos attached).
- Express protocol: return shipping costs fully covered by Chic Time.
- Priority exchange or full refund, at the Customer's choice.
- Coverage extended to any transport damage signalled upon delivery.

6Product exchange
A product exchange is possible for an item of equivalent or higher value, subject to stock availability. The exchange procedure is identical to that of the classic return, with an explicit request when first contacting our customer service.
- Free exchange: in the case of a defective, non-compliant product, or shipping error on our part.
- Exchange at the Customer's expense: in the case of a simple change of mind (size, colour, model). Return shipping costs and reshipment are then the Customer's responsibility.
- Stock clearance: if the desired item is no longer available, a full refund is issued and a credit note may be offered if the Customer wishes.
7Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code and article 40e of the Swiss CO, the right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
